2020 New Hampshire Primary Poll Has Bernie In The Lead
October 20, 2017 - Even though the New Hampshire Democratic Presidential Primary is more than two years away the time has arrived to measures the potential strength and weakness of White House hopefuls.
Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont , the winner of the 2016 Democratic Presidential Primary , finds himself in the lead at 31%.
In second place is former Vice President Joe Biden who comes in a close second to Sanders at 24%. Biden has previously run for president in 1988 and 2008.
From the neighboring state of Massachusetts in third place is Senator Elizabeth Warren with 13%. Before Warren mounts any potential White House bid she will first run for re-election to the Senate from the Bay State in 2018.
In fourth place is Senator Cory Booker of New Jersey at 6%. At 3% percent is former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley followed by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper at 2%. Also at 2% is Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
The following candidates who each received 1% in the poll were Senator Kamala Harris of California , Congress Tim Ryan of Ohio , Senator Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota and Senator Kristen Gillibrand of New York.
