After 2nd Debate Trump Still In Lead , Fiorina In Second
September 20, 2015 - The latest poll out after the second Republican presidential debate has New York businessman Donald Trump still in the lead with 24%. Meanwhile, the fortunes of former CEO Carly Fiorina have dramatically changed as she is now in second place with 15% following what was considered an especially strong performance in the debate.
Coming in a close third is Dr. Ben Carson with 14%. Moving into fourth place is Senator Marco Rubio of Florida with 11%. Coming in at fifth is one time Republican front runner former Florida Governor Jeb Bush with 9%.
Senator Ted Cruz of Texas and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee find themselves tied at 6% each. In eight place is Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky with 4% following by New Jersey Governor Chris Christie in ninth place with 3%.
In tenth place is Ohio Governor John Kasich with 2% followed by former Senator Rick Santorum with 1%.
In one of the biggest developments of the new poll Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker now finds himself polling at less than one percent after his second debate performance was panned by critics. Also polling at less than one percent is former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore, Senator Lindsay Graham of South Carolina, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal and former New York Governor George Pataki.
