July 28 ,2020 - A slew of new state polls released today gives an indication of the current status of the 2020 White House race. In Wisconsin , former Vice President Joe Biden has 50% to President Donald Trump's 43%. In Virginia , Biden has 52% to 41% for Trump. In Texas , that traditionally is not a battleground state , Biden has 47% to 45% for Trump.

In the all important state of Pennsylvania , Biden , who was born in Scranton , has 50% to 42% for Trump. Next store in the the Buckeye State of Ohio , which Trump carried in 2016 , Trump has 48% to 45% for Biden. In North Carolina , home of this years Republican National Convention , its all knotted up at 47% each for Biden and Trump.

In Minnesota , things are close with Biden at 47% and Trump at 44%. Finally in Michigan , Biden has 52% to 42%.
